Ok ok. I know. To all those who have faithfully been visiting and re-visiting my blog, I am so sorry. I know it's really terrible not having updated my blog for like the past few months. But seriously, I DID NOT HAVE THE TIME. I mean, I spent the post-exam days just sitting with the council and planning stuff. Like a lot. I think I missed all the external agency stuff, classroom cleaning and practically everything else.
Friday was a pretty messed up day. For one thing, there were alot of changes in the whole schedule for the primary sch camp. It seems now that we have to bring the kids for a historical journey. Blegh. Which just means that we have to be responsible for like forty kids. Which is kinda freaky.
Besides that, the council spent the whole day tabulating votes for the nominations for prefects next year. Actually , we finished it already just that we lost the paper on which we wrote all the no of votes.Curses.I swear, nobody spends their last day of school in this manner. So we had to do it all over again. Sickening.
In addition, there is now this big problem of prefects who might be able to make it for the camp seeing as how we all have to attend remedial lessons for having failed CHEM and MATHS.So now we are considering postponing the whole camp, so that it will fall smack on my Confirmation day. I swear there is no justice in this world.
I guess the worst thing yesterday when I got back my report book back from Mr.Teh and he was like disapproving of my marks as I was supposed to have done better based on my PSLE marks. I mean, like hello?Give me a break can?I have a thousand and one things to do. Besides, to quote Mrs Fam, if you don't get it, you don't have it. So ya. Get used to the facts and live witb it.
Strangely enough, the juniors seem to be well aware of us struggling this year with subjects. I think that's why many of them opted to do combined science next year. I guess many ppl are smarter than me when it comes to making wise desicions.Damn.
I was so guitly for skipping the singing practice today in school as we were busy sorting things out and seeing teachers and everything. That's why I felt like a total dork during the campfire at SNGS. I almost got lost going there because everyone else decided to hail a cab and get there instead of using public transport. When I asked the lady driver whether the bus passed by the school, she just frowned and asked me what SNGS was. I was like so annoyed. I mean, you woulf think that SBS hires ppl who are familiar with the streets of SINGAPORE. But no.
Anyway, I managed to take another bus and alighted at the stop where there were alot of SNGS ppl. So ya. Praise my good sense of direction.
The campfire was all together quite enjoyable I must say. I thought that it would be relatively a boring affair. So I was very surprised. The sch was as usual extremely sprawling so we kind of got lost trying to fing our way around. Oh well. I guess we have to get used to the whole moving aroung thing as we have the HOMERULE system and everything.
Darn it, our lockers are so small.
