Yesteraday marked the Racial Harmony Day celebrations. And as usual, CJ undeniably did it in style. You should have seen the number of people who turned up in ethnic costumes, esp from the Arts Classes. Majority of the people in my class wore saris/qipaos/thai/malay costumes as well, so it was really fun. I guess the highlight of the day was the Bhangra performance, and the food of course! Concert was quite entertaining, I never rly knew there was a difference between Punjabi and Indian until I was enlighteded. I am so ashamed of myself. Lol.
FOOD! So much to buy, so little money. As usual, my allowance was running out. And of course, my mother being the understanding person that she is, only gave me coins. So I had to naturally discern what I wanted to buy, even though the canteen was a minefield of temptations I tell you.
Sadly, lessons resumed after break and we had a Geog lecture. Which was hilarious. But then again, Mr Teh's lectures/tutorials always are.
