Oh the pleasure of Friday! I experienced a wonderful closure to the end of the week, a sweetly uplifting feeling that one can only get on Fridays. We started school late because of the PAC-LRC opening last night, which I must mention, went without a hitch. Considering the fact that it is the first event organised by CA by us the inexperienced lot(ok fine, maybe just me), but we pulled it off! Even though I was traumatised momentarily when I went to borrow the blazer from the office and was told that they had run out of S, M and L. I was like. WHAT. THE. FISHCAKE. The XL was HUMUNGOUS. The sleeves extended beyond my palms, for goodness. I was the Grim Reaper. With a ponytail. But of course, dear ol Shan was ever at my rescue-she had already borrowed one for me. So I only have her to thank for not looking like a scarecrow.

PAC concert was awesome :4/5 stars! Especially enjoyed Dance's SYF piece, which I thought was commendable chereography. Eye-catching costumes of scarlet, together with the ever-graceful performers made for an entertaining watch. Choir was quite good as well, really liked the Sarba Dance on a Chair, which was sprightly.

Although we ended at ten-ish and my toes were screaming mercy from the heels(thank God I wasn't born in the era of foot-binding), I was nonetheless wonderfully tired, to quote Petra.

Kudos to council for a well-organised event, and to CA too for the smooth prayer service.
