Just returned from Fuel yet again, and this time I think time really flew like a supersonic rockety boom! Quite engaging, the girls really made me laugh alot until I was bowled over. And I had Belgian ice-cream thereafter! Sadly, there was no handsome Belgian in it - quite a disappointing experience :/ Week's been pretty slack, I honestly hate it when I'm just cooped up not getting up to anything productive, I hope it's not the workaholic genes from the maternal side. But at least I went for the Run which has given me a dull ache in my legs and I watched House Bunny! (: Surprisingly enjoyable, albeit my very low expectations of those typical chick flicks complete with cat fights and Drama - love the soundtrack actually! It's really upbeat even though most of it is mainstream and I can't find the lyrics to Better than a psyhic which to me, is a favourite. And I saw Swathi and Ramya at work (: So nice to catch up with old friends.

I miss Orientation alot ): The adrenaline rush, the icebreakers and the shy smiles of the newbies, dunking each other with buckets of piped water, tanning ourselves silly in the murky waters of dragon boating, and more importantly, knowing that even in your goofy acts of stupiditude and lameness, you probably made at least one newcomer feel at home in the good ol' college. I miss the steady stream of students sauntering out of lecture theaters after mentally draining sessions of endless copying in shorthand, in that familiar blue of swooshing skirts (right length, in the eagle eyes of the PE teachers) and baggy pants. I never really enjoyed Morning Assembly for that matter, with the long anthemn droning on and the day's reflections together with the speeches, but now it does feel surreal not reaching the school by 740 and plopping down in the SCC. Boy, I'm old. We're old.

At least, I'd get to relive it, if only for the first and last day. Have a blast, Facils (: You will. Trust me.
