Because today is one of my very few off-days out of my infinite workdays, I got rested! (: For privacy reasons I am not going to post where I work because I know for a fact what a snoop Sash can be HAHA. But the first few days were a helluva experience. Didn't even attend the training and they posted me all alone by myself at Basement! ): Luckily the Aunty promoters - Cecilia, Sue and Pauline and the Beng WB are nice people who help out alot. First day was terribly hectic - had over like 15 customers using cash, credit card, value plus card and all kinds of payment while I was like acting like some noob everytime the machine failed me. In which case I usually panick alot, tell the customer "Sorry for the delay Maam" and behold the blessed telephone line which connects me to to the other sections. There are some pretty nice ppl around who are willing to help out though -like Sherwin who taught me how to swipe the staff card, and came to my rescue with the nets transaction -and Indian Security Uncle who joked that "why I only eat roti" in Malay (he thought I spoke Malay) and Nice Malay Staff who are patient with my endless need for explanation. Second day was better though, with the appearance of Aunty C, who though fierce and loud at first impression, turns to be quite jovial and has this hearty laugh - she keeps talking about her iGallop and even bought me a peanut pancake!(:

I was so exhausted that I slept at 11 last night! Omg. And today I went out with my parents to watch Vaaranam Aayiram! At last! Although my dad wanted to watch like Abbiyum Naanum, but oh well both pictures are father sentiment anyway. VA was really good! (: I'm not saying that cos I adore Surya, but because of the very captivating plot though melodramatic at times (hey its Indian movie after all) and the backdrops! ((: I so hope to get the DVD or something, altho something tells me it's gonna air on Vasantham for like Fathers' Day or something.

Yup, off to work tmr!
